If you wish to return your goods for a refund or exchange you may do so subject to the following policy.
1 – To return an item to us you will need to notify us of the return, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number included on your invoice.
We will endeavour to reply to all return requests within 24 hours.
2 – Goods may be returned for a full refund (minus postage costs) within 14 days of you receiving them. Return shipping is at the customers expense. We advise using tracked postage as ESE Coaching will not be held responsible for lost items.
3 – Goods may be exchanged within 14 days. Please email email@example.com to request an exchange with the new item details needed and quoting your order number. There will not be an additional postage costs to the customer for exchanged items.
4 – In order to obtain a refund, goods must be returned in a new and unused condition together with all original labels attached. We are unable to accept any goods that show signs of wear and without original labels.
